OFFICE HOURS
Although our office is open and our desk staff available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, each practitioner maintains their own office hours by appointment only and may be available from 7 AM to 9 PM Monday through Friday, along with weekend hours. Call for a specific practitioner's days and times.
Please note, all practitioners offer a FREE 10 minute No-Cost Consultation. By calling 508-358-4900, we can answer questions or schedule your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel an appointment, we request 24-hour notice to avoid being charged a missed appointment or late cancellation fee and to allow another patient the opportunity to schedule their appointment. We reserve the right to charge our full fee for a missed or less than 24-hour cancelled appointment.
MONEY & INSURANCE MATTERS
We make every effort to help keep down your health care costs at Longfellow Health Center. You can help by paying for treatment at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, Mastercard and Visa. Questions regarding payment plans or accepting assignment with major private insurance companies, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicare, Tuft's, Harvard Pilgrim, Aetna, Worker's Compensation, and Automobile or Personal Injury policies may be discussed with our office manager. Please call for our current fee schedule of services.
OUR PRIVACY PLEDGE
We have and always will respect your privacy. We will never sell or provide any of your personal or health information to any outside marketing organizations or anyone else other than the uses and disclosures required by law pursuant to HIPAA Regulations.
