PHILOSOPHY

Carolyn has over 20 years experience in the health and medical field.  In 1984, she obtained her IDEA Certification as an Exercise Instructor and taught classes at The BQE Health and Racquetball Club, one of New York City's most prestigous health clubs.  She continued her education in Fitness and Health at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell receiving a B.S. in Exercise Physiology in 1992.  In 1994, Carolyn obtained her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Massachusetts.  She has worked in various environments from acute care hospitals to nursing home facilities.  Her passion has been orthopedic/sports medicine rehabilitation.  She continues to enhance her knowledge through extensive training in manual therapy and participating in numerous allied health courses.  She has the knowledge and experience to help injured individuals reach their full potential in the rehabilitation process of Physical Therapy.
